I believe nutrition is a huge part of every health puzzle. With my Recipe posts I want them to be super nutritious and healing. Focusing on whole foods, healthy fats, protein and veggies along with being low in sugar. They can include some natural sugars, fruit juices, maple syrup, stevia… even a little cane sugar once in a while – but no corn syrup, artificial sweeteners or hydrogenated oils.
Super Power Magical Smoothie
6 oz Orgain
4 oz organic apple juice
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 banana
2 Tablespoons Fage whole fat Yogurt
2 teaspoons orange fish oil (I use only pure oils – third party tested, guaranteed free of heavy metals)
1 scoop organic Berry Living Fuel
1/2 scoop Green Living Fuel
Adjust measurements for desired portion size.
Blend and Enjoy!!!
